Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures
  • Follow Quality Assurance standards to ensure accurate and reliable repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair customer electromechanical equipment to OEM standards
  • Accurately document all failure observations and repairs performed
  • Participate in ongoing performance development training and skill enhancement
  • Operate specialized repair and testing equipment proficiently
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
     

Required Qualifications

  • EMT 2 Certification
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • ERT Certification – Electromechanical Repair Technician certification through EASA.
  • Associate Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on external electromechanical repair experience
  • Must pass a mechanical aptitude test with a minimum score of 85%
  • Average computer proficiency for documentation and diagnostics

Position Summary
The EMT Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. The role supports experienced technicians and supervisors while gaining practical experience and knowledge in a safety-conscious, quality-driven work environment. This position serves as the foundation for advancement within the electromechanical technician career path.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strictly comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Follow established quality assurance (QA) standards during repair and inspection tasks.
  • Assist with the repair and servicing of customer equipment under supervision.
  • Accurately document equipment failures and repair observations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and performance development programs.
  • Operate specialized repair and testing equipment after proper instruction and under supervision.
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.



Required Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Prior internship or hands-on experience in an electromechanical field (e.g., Electrician, HVAC, Mechanical Repair, Millwright).
  • Must pass a mechanical aptitude test with a minimum score of 75%.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with digital tools for documentation and diagnostics.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Inside Sales Representative (Waverly, NE)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a customer service professional that wants to build and grow our customer base.  You’ll be working with a driven team of experts who are making a positive impact, getting results, and doing it within a culture focused on teamwork.

The Inside Sales Representative will support the Sales & Service Team on various tasks such as handling incoming & outgoing customers, estimating & scheduling customer jobs, processing quotations & sales orders, and shipping & receiving of warehouse product.  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are a must.  This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk in customers, pull orders, and load customer product.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through incoming calls or emails to meet their requirements, while following company guidelines.
  • Work harmoniously with other employees, giving assistance necessary to satisfy customer’s needs.
  • Provide support to schedule, track, and coordinate repair processes among departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers, relative to estimating and delivery of jobs for repair.
  • Contact vendors to establish price and availability of replacement parts and/or repair items for customer jobs. Complete purchasing activities via purchase orders.
  • Review and maintain correct Branch physical inventory on a consistent basis.
  • Analyze and maintain open order and open quotes reports on a weekly basis.
  • Process new product sales, receiving, invoicing, and credits.
  • Perform a wide variety of duties related to timely ordering of stock and non-stock products and inter-departmental transfer of items for the Company.
  • Monitor all open purchased orders and bring to resolution any outstanding issues.
  • Assist in handling purchasing of all shop equipment and supplies. (Such as paint, rewind, bolts, materials, etc.)
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
     

Requirements

Experience Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.  Experience in general mechanics, warehousing, computer literacy and phone sales are desirable, though not essential.  We will train.

JOB SUMMARY:

Efficiently transport a wide range of items to and from customers in a manner that meets delivery requirements. Responsible for verifying load accuracy and reporting any damages.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport and deliver goods according to schedule, including emergency and rush deliveries that may require overtime.
  • Pull and load daily shipments; verify accuracy against paperwork.
  • Verify count and condition of transported items; report any damage promptly.
  • Assist in loading and unloading freight as needed.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and properly filed.
  • Secure loads properly and ensure they are within legal weight limits.
  • Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful manner.
  • Report any vehicle problems or defects to the supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain and schedule service and upkeep of all vehicles.
  • Keep all vehicles clean and presentable to reflect a positive company image.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Be available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure positive customer relations through timely deliveries and professional conduct.
  • Keep warehouse stock organized and properly stored.
  • Assist customers in the shop as needed.
  • Attend training seminars provided by the company or vendors to enhance product knowledge and job skills.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven ability to safely operate various types of delivery trucks.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
  • Must provide a current home phone number.
  • Ability to obtain a Class B CDL (no endorsements required).
  • Availability for after-hours communication as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
